1. Cancellation Window

• Customers must cancel their booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled slot time to avoid any cancellation fees.

2. Late Cancellation Fees

• A fee of Rs 200 will be charged for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled slot time.

3. No-Show Policy

• In cases where a customer is not present at the time of the scheduled service and has not cancelled the booking, a no-show fee of Rs 200 will be charged.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 working days.

5. Refund Method

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

6. Service-Specific Conditions

• Once a service is availed, it is non-refundable. Please ensure that you are satisfied with the service before it is completed.

7. Force Majeure Events

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or pandemics, customers will be eligible for a full refund for any bookings that cannot be fulfilled.
